Are you planning to replace an HVAC system? If so, how soon?

Where is your hot water heater located?

Lighting

Have you purchased any new appliances in the last year?

If so, which appliances need replacing?

Do you plan to purchase any new appliances in the next year?

Have you changed any of your lights to LED in the past year?

Do you have exterior Flood lights?

Are your exterior flood light LED?

Crawl Space

Does the home have a crawl space or basement?

Does the crawl space have insulation?

Are there or has there been moisture issues in the crawl space?

Is there ductwork (mechanical / HVAC) in the crawl space?

Exterior

Have you installed new windows in the past few years?

Do you plan on replacing them in the next year?

Do you have soffit vents?

Do you have insulated siding?

Do your windows leak ?

Are there air leaks around any of your exterior doors?

Can you "See light" around any parts of any exterior door?

Roofing

Are your windows drafty?

What condition is your roof?

Is your roof Energy Star or considered a "Cool Roof?

Does your roof have ridge ventilation?

Do you plan to replace your roof? If so, when?
